  • All prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in supplier costs. We will provide prior notice to customers regarding any price adjustments.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be received no later than 7 days (one week) prior to the scheduled funeral date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any service if full payment is not made within this timeframe.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.
  • In the event of any disputes, we encourage all parties to reach an amicable resolution.
  • Neita's Funeral Services & Suplies is not liable for any damage or incoveniences the client may face as a result of late payments.

Amber Pay Payment Terms and Conditions

By using Amber Pay (“Amber Pay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) payment processing services (“Payment Services”) through Neita’s Funeral Services & Supplies (“the Funeral Home,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by Amber Pay’s General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), these additional terms and conditions (“Payment Terms”), and all other applicable policies. If you are making a payment on behalf of another individual or family, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Payment Services may only be used for lawful purposes.

1. Our Role

We are not a bank and do not offer banking services. Through Amber Pay, Neita’s Funeral Services & Supplies allows families to make payments using credit, debit, prepaid, or gift cards (“Cards”) for funeral services, supplies, or related arrangements.

2. Authorization for Settlement of Proceeds

By making payment, you authorize Amber Pay to process funds on our behalf and settle transactions in line with their terms. Once processed, your payment obligation to Neita’s Funeral Services & Supplies is considered fulfilled.

3. Fees

Applicable transaction and processing fees are governed by Amber Pay. These fees are deducted at the time of processing.

4. Refunds and Returns

Given the nature of funeral services:

  • Payments for services already rendered (e.g., transportation, embalming, use of chapel, burial arrangements) are non-refundable.
  • Payments for merchandise (e.g., caskets, urns, wreaths) may be refunded only if goods are unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 business days, subject to supplier approval.
  • Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a payment through your bank or card provider (“Chargeback”), you must also contact Neita’s Funeral Services & Supplies directly to resolve the matter. We reserve the right to contest Chargebacks related to services that were rendered in full.

7. Compliance

You agree not to use the Payment Services for fraudulent or unlawful activities. Neita’s Funeral Services & Supplies complies with all applicable laws, including the Data Protection Act of Jamaica regarding personal and financial data.

8. Taxes

All payments are subject to applicable Jamaican taxes, which will be itemized on your invoice where required.

9. Termination

Amber Pay or Neita’s Funeral Services & Supplies may suspend or terminate payment access if misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.

10. Acceptance

By making a payment through Amber Pay, you confirm your acceptance of these Payment Terms & Conditions.
